Patrick Accounting of Memphis, TN is seeking a full-time Client Care Coordinator (Firm Administrator) to join our amazing team. Are you looking to ignite your passion to help people? WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 2+ years' experience in a customer service environment.
  • Focused on caring for people.
  • Communicate well verbally and in written format.
  • Know how to take initiative and offer solutions.
  • Easily pick up on social cues from others.
  • Capable of multitasking many small projects.
  • Vigilant about the details.
  • Ability to recognize priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Enjoy working with a variety of small businesses.
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel & Outlook.

Most importantly, you must be extremely tech-savvy. You should be extremely comfortable on the computer typing a minimum of 65 wpm. You will need to move quickly between programs and learn new technologies with ease. We use a bunch of technology: Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, QuickBooks, Thomson Reuters accounting suite, Qount, isolved, Remote Desktop, and more!


WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Anticipate the needs of the team and our clients by going the extra mile.
  • Reply to clients in 24 hours or less.
  • Painstakingly protect our clients' privacy in the technology age.
  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and find solutions for callers.
  • Warmly greet clients and visitors in the office.
  • Collect and file monthly bank statements and reports for the accounting team.
  • Organize client documents for our in-office and remote tax preparers.
  • Oversee office equipment needs (phones, copier, scanner, fax machine, postage machine.)
  • Manage all outgoing and incoming packages and correspondence.
  • Assist the accounting team with data entry projects; enter time, expenses, and postage logs.
  • Update databases, documents, and processes as needed.
  • Keep the breakroom and main areas stocked and tidy. (Make coffee, refill snacks and supplies.)
  • Order office supplies and team lunch orders.

Depending on experience, you will receive an attractive hourly rate of $14.00-$18.00.
